Orders & customers
Everything bought or asked through your website lands in one place: Orders & customers in the web app sidebar. Four tabs — Orders, Customers, Enquiries and Bookings — and each row carries enough to act on without opening anything else.
Where is it?
On a computer, sign in at app.soclo.app and click Orders & customers in the sidebar. On your phone it is in the Soclo app, so an order that arrives while you are out is one tap away. The page opens on Orders, and each tab shows a count so you can see where the new things are.
What does each order row tell me?
The buyer's name, the first thing they bought (and how many more), the date and which of your sites it came from, the total, and the state of the payment. The state is a plain word, not a code:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Paid | The money is through. Send the thing. |
| Payment pending | Started, not finished. Wait rather than send. |
| Needs attention | Something did not complete cleanly. Open it. |
| Part refunded | Some of it has gone back to the buyer. |
| Refunded | All of it has gone back. |
| Cancelled | It will not complete. |
How do I fulfil an order?
Click it. The detail shows Items, Customer, and one of Digital download, Delivery or Collection depending on what they chose.
Then use the two-step buttons for how it is going out. Each step reads Not yet until you do it, so a half-finished order is visible at a glance:
- Delivery: Mark shipped, then Mark delivered.
- Collection: Mark ready for collection, then Mark collected.
- Digital download: nothing to do. The buyer already has it.
Who has bought from me?
The Customers tab. Everyone who has ordered through your website checkout appears once, matched by email, with their last order date, what they have paid you in total, and how many paid orders that is.
It is the answer to the two questions worth asking: who comes back, and who has spent the most. Both are better prompts for what to post than a follower count.
Where do contact-form messages go?
The Enquiries tab. Each shows the name, the email or phone they left, the message and the time. A new one carries a New pill until it is handled, so the tab is a to-do list rather than an archive.
And bookings?
If you have connected a booking service, a Bookings tab appears with its state on each row: Booked, Requested, Cancelled, Rescheduled or No-show. If you have no bookings, the tab is not there — Soclo does not show you an empty room.
Can I ask Soclo AI about this?
Yes. Soclo AI reads the same data, so “what orders did I get this week?” is a fair question. What it will not do is claim a particular post caused a particular sale. There is a longer explanation of why in reading your Results.
Where to go next
Taking payments with Soclo Pay covers setting up the checkout these orders come from. The website editor covers putting the Pay button on the page in the first place.
Common questions
Where do I find my orders?
Orders & customers is in the sidebar of the web app at app.soclo.app, and in the Soclo app on your phone. It has four tabs: Orders, Customers, Enquiries and Bookings. Bookings only appears when you have some.
What appears on the Orders tab?
Everything bought through your website checkout, with the buyer, what they bought, when, and the state of the payment. The state is written in plain words: Paid, Payment pending, Needs attention, Part refunded, Refunded or Cancelled.
How do I mark an order as sent?
Open the order and use the button for how it is going out: Mark shipped then Mark delivered for a delivery, or Mark ready for collection then Mark collected for a collection. Each step shows Not yet until you do it.
What is the Customers tab for?
Everyone who has ordered through your website checkout appears there once, matched by email, with what they have paid you in total and how many paid orders they have made.
Where do messages from my contact form go?
The Enquiries tab. Each one shows the name, email or phone, the message and the time, and carries a New pill until it is handled.
Can Soclo AI tell me what I sold?
Yes. Ask it what orders you got and it reads the same data. It will tell you what came in; it will not claim a particular post caused a particular sale.
