Delete your account & data

This page is for customers of Soclo, the app published by Socialiser App Ltd (company number 17243028). You can use it without signing in and without reinstalling the app.

There are two ways to delete your Soclo account and its data. You can delete it inside the app, or, if you no longer have the app, you can request deletion by email. Both routes are below, followed by exactly what is deleted, what Soclo keeps, and for how long.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Settings → Privacy → Delete my account.
2. Read the deletion summary and type DELETE to confirm.
3. Soclo removes the live account and begins the related data-deletion process.

Delete without the app

Email privacy@soclo.app from the address used for the account. State that you want the Soclo account permanently deleted. We verify the request and complete it within one calendar month, normally sooner.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes your content, brand, connected accounts and history from Soclo: the account, the business and brand profile, connected-account tokens, content and projects, website data, supported customer information, analytics and settings. Any published website is taken down. Any registered custom domain remains subject to its registrar’s registration and expiry rules.

What Soclo keeps

Encrypted backup copies are purged within 30 days. After that Soclo keeps only an anonymous note that an account was deleted, together with the reason if you gave one. Safety and content-report records, and real-person likeness consent evidence, are kept only for the specific purposes and periods explained in the Privacy Policy.

Payment receipts and subscriptions

Soclo does not hold your payment receipts. Whoever you paid — Apple, Google or Stripe — keeps those under their own terms. If you have a subscription, cancel it in that store as well; deleting a Soclo account does not cancel it.

None of this removes any mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Before deleting

You can ask for access, correction or a portable copy before deletion by emailing privacy@soclo.app. A person who only wants Soclo to remove content using their likeness can use the public content report route without deleting the customer’s account.
