How do I create an account?

Head to app.soclo.app and sign up with your email. The web app runs in any browser — there's nothing to install. Mobile apps for iOS and Android are coming later.

Do I have to use the AI?

Never. AI is always optional. Free accounts start with 0 AI credits, so nothing AI-powered runs unless you buy credits or subscribe to a monthly bundle. You can write every caption yourself.

Which platforms can I post to?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Threads, and X — on every tier, including Starter.

How do credits and billing work?

AI features use credits. You can buy one-off credits, or subscribe to a monthly plan for a better-value bundle. Subscriptions renew monthly and you can switch or cancel any time — see pricing for the full breakdown.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings inside the app at any time. We prorate to the day, so you never pay twice or lose access mid-cycle.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, or follow our delete-account guide. We action verified requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Where is my data stored?

On encrypted-at-rest infrastructure hosted in the EU. We're GDPR-compliant and you can export or delete everything at any time. See our security page for detail.
