Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Soclo, provided by Socialiser App Ltd (“Soclo”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (No. 17243028). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Soclo helps you publish, schedule, and manage content across social platforms, generate AI-assisted content, manage messages and reviews, and view analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for business use. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Plans, billing & trials

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Apple, Google, or our payment provider, depending on where you subscribe.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. We will make trial terms clear at sign-up.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Where you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, and refunds are managed by Apple or Google under their terms, and you manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer, including any applicable cooling-off period.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, adapt for each platform’s format, and publish Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and at your direction. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use and publish it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; infringe others’ rights; post spam, hateful, deceptive, or harmful content; violate the terms or policies of any connected platform; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or interfere with the Service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or actions (including rate limits, content removals, or account restrictions). You authorise us to act within the permissions you grant and can revoke access at any time.

8. AI-generated content

AI features produce suggestions based on the details and prompts you provide. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published, and for ensuring it is lawful and appropriate. We provide AI features “as is”.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Socialiser App Ltd and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service per these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular marketing or sales result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
